| What a weird day.
I worked at the graduation ceremony here at KU today wheeling people into the stadium on wheelchairs. It was kinda fun, but the whole organization of it bothered me. For example, we could only wheel people to certain areas of the stadium and not others (including not the elevator which is supposed to be for handicapped access!). We should have been able to take them where they wanted! Oh well. I got $3 in tips. . . enough to get me a glass of Stella beer at the Bottleneck during trivia later (which the cute bartender suggested. . .how could i say no?).
Oh ya, and Cori was AWESOME and SEXY as a COHOST. And i saw Monica Wiggins, who i hadn't seen in FOREVER. I guess we're doing some Lawrence-wide scavenger hunt thing this next weekend????
Made a couple of friends who saw my AIESEC shirt on. One had been to Morocco through the program, the other was the door guy at the Bottleneck who wants to join. I should join the Marketing team!
Met some cool foreign exchange students at Henry's and at some japanese guy's house at a karaoke party. Of COURSE the cute Brazilian girl had to be a lesbian! :p I'm really sad the majority of them are leaving this week to go back to their home countries. I really had a great time with them, even though i only met them a couple of weeks ago. Sometimes knowing people for really short times makes things so much more intense.
My brother is back from Vienna. Had a family dinner and saw some pictures. It was kewl.
